How the Hiring Score works

It rates how Comena hires — based only on its current job postings on Stellenly, not on employee reviews. Each factor gives 0–100 points; the total is their weighted average (100 points = 5 stars):

• Salary transparency — 20%
• English-friendly — 25%
• Visa & relocation — 15%
• Hiring activity — 15%
• Fresh postings — 10%
• Stable postings — 15%

Salary: full points when 60%+ of jobs show a salary · English: German not needed counts fully, "not mentioned" 60% · Visa: full points at 50%+ · Activity: full points at 5+ new jobs in 30 days · Freshness: full points when jobs are under 2 weeks old · Stable: fewer reposts score higher. Needs at least 3 open jobs; updated daily.
