Join us as a Staff Data Analyst – Ops & Compliance and build the analytics foundations that power Qonto’s compliance execution. You’ll own a brand-new scope, from KYC/KYB funnels to remediation campaigns and financial exposure, under the guidance of Alma, our Lead Data Analyst for Ops & Finance.

➡️ What you’ll do

• Build compliance monitoring from scratch: You own the data foundations that let Product, Ops and Compliance decide without waiting for a data request.
• Own KYC/KYB funnel analytics: You deliver insights from CS initiation through KYB validation, such as refusal reasons, document gaps and lead times.
• Track remediation campaigns: You measure MRR secured, at risk or lost across active campaigns, with peaks in Q4 (budget season) and May–June (reforecast).
• Model data with dbt: You work with our Analytics Engineers to build pipelines from source to consumption layer, with metric definitions everyone trusts.
• Ship self-service tools: You partner with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance and Internal Control to scope and ship analytical tools teams use on their own.

➡️ What we’re looking for

• Strong SQL and data modelling: You’ve built end-to-end transformation pipelines, with data quality you can vouch for. [TO COMPLETE: years / Staff-level bar]
• Regulated-environment experience: You’ve analysed KYC/KYB, AML, remediation or similar regulated processes. [TO CONFIRM: must-have or nice-to-have?]
• A self-service mindset: You’ve designed dashboards and models people explore on their own, from daily SLA tracking to exec budget readouts.
• Clear prioritisation: You’ve balanced competing analytical requests from several teams, scoping clearly and saying no when needed.
• AI-native workflow: You use AI daily in your analytics work and want to go further.
