WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You own and develop customer relationships across the full lifecycle of our InfoSec-SaaS product, acting as a trusted advisor on information security.
• You advise customers on complex security challenges and build pragmatic, scalable ISMS solutions using our platform.
• You independently guide customers through audits and certifications such as ISO 27001 and TISAX®.
• You use AI to automate repetitive consulting work, accelerate analysis and preparation, and free up more time for high-value customer interaction and problem-solving.
• You experiment with new AI-powered ways of working and help shape how we use AI across InfoSec consulting, turning successful approaches into scalable best practices.
• You support Sales and Customer Success in identifying and developing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• You bring customer and technical insights back into the organisation, helping us continuously improve our InfoSec product, tooling and consulting approach.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

• You have 3+ years of professional experience in information security, IT security, GRC, compliance or a closely related field.
• You have hands-on experience with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX® or NIST and can confidently apply this knowledge in a customer context.
• You are technically curious and genuinely excited about AI, automation and finding smarter ways to solve problems.
• You already use AI tools in your work or are hungry to experiment, learn quickly and help shape how AI can improve information security consulting.
• You enjoy working directly with customers, can challenge their thinking when needed and turn complex technical or regulatory requirements into clear, pragmatic solutions.
• You take ownership, work independently and look for ways to improve how things are done rather than simply following existing processes.
• You have excellent German and English communication skills.
