- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Producers, Developers, UI/UX Designers, Analysts, Artists, and other specialists throughout development.
- Implementation reviews: Review delivered features and ensure the final implementation aligns with the original design intent.
- AI-enabled workflows: Use AI tools for research, idea generation, prototyping, documentation, and analysis as part of an AI-native approach to game design.
Requirements
- Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Game Designer on mobile projects, ideally in free-to-play (F2P), casual, or mid-core games.
- Large-scale projects: Proven experience contributing to substantial game projects and managing complex design systems.
- Product thinking: Strong understanding of not only how a feature works, but also why it matters to players and the overall product.
- Unity knowledge: Basic proficiency with Unity, including configuration and building prototypes.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing games and projects you have contributed to.
- Game design fundamentals: Strong understanding of core and meta loops, progression systems, and player retention mechanics.
