We are consistently moving our product work towards AI First. For our Munich location (hybrid), we are looking for a Digital Product Manager (gn) who owns digital products for our customers and core brands in Germany and Austria. You will help shape how we develop products with AI support. Your mission

• Own digital products (e.g. custom portals, websites) end to end, from discovery and business case calculation through technical concept, go-live and beyond
• Analyze the needs and challenges of our B2B and B2C customers and derive targeted measures to improve the user experience
• Examine customer behavior along the customer journey, conduct competitor and market analyses, and identify technology best practices to advance our insurance and service products
• Translate business requirements into technical concepts, develop new product features, optimize existing processes and ensure an efficient, easy-to-use product landscape
• Take an active role in stakeholder management and bring together the interests of sales, product, IT, operations and management in a targeted way
• Define relevant KPIs, measure the success of initiatives and derive data-driven optimizations that create continuous value for our customers

Your profile

• A completed degree with a technical or business focus (e.g. business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable program). A master's degree or equivalent further qualification is an advantage
• Understanding of digital architectures, APIs and web technologies helps you assess feasibility
• You don't wait for instructions. You take initiative, look for solutions, think like an entrepreneur and have a strong bias for action. You get up to speed quickly on digital products and processes and question them critically
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking: you quickly grasp complex contexts and explain them clearly to different audiences
• A precise way of working with a strong focus on quality, detail and deadlines
• Hands-on experience with AI tools across the product lifecycle, e.g. using generative AI to create user stories, acceptance criteria or release notes, or analyzing user feedback with AI. Experience with prompt engineering or evaluating AI outputs is a real bonus
• Fluent English and business-level German
