Intern/ Working Student Influencer & Performance Marketing – Dutch Market (m/f/d)

THE JOB

We’re everdrop – a fast-growing D2C brand on a mission to change the world of household and personal care. As an Influencer & Performance Marketing Intern , you will support our team in both building strong influencer relationships and optimizing our paid social campaigns. You will take on real responsibility and have the opportunity to make a direct contribution to our growth in the Dutch market.

Influencer Marketing

• Strategic growth & scaling: Support the development, scaling and optimization of our influencer partnerships in the Dutch market.
• Creative concepts: Actively contribute to developing creative, authentic and conversion-focused concepts for our campaigns.
• End-to-end relationship management: Identify suitable collaboration partners and support the entire process – from initial outreach, negotiations and contract management to briefings and ongoing relationship management.
• Logistics & communication: Act as the first point of contact for Dutch influencers, create campaign briefings and ensure smooth product and package shipments.
• Scouting & new channels: Scout for exciting new talent and explore new channels such as YouTube, TikTok and podcasts to expand our influencer network.
• Performance & reporting: Support the monitoring, documentation and analysis of campaign results to continuously improve future collaborations.

Performance Marketing

• Paid social campaigns: Support the team in managing, optimizing and scaling our paid social media channels, with a strong focus on META platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• Content creation: Support the entire creative process for META ads – from initial brainstorming and video production to final publication.
• Localization & translation: Translate and adapt international ads and copy into engaging, native Dutch-language ad creatives.
• On-camera presence (preferred): Feel comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy creating authentic, UGC-style video content for the Dutch market.

What we’re looking for

• You are based in the Munich area and willing to work from our office.
• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Media & Communication, Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
• You are available for a minimum of 6 months .
• You have excellent Dutch language skills (native or fluent) and good communication skills in English .
• You work independently, in a structured and detail-oriented manner, while also being an enthusiastic team player.
• You have an affinity for data , closely follow social media trends and understand what makes a video or ad stand out and grab attention.
• Plus: You enjoy being in front of the camera and would be happy to create your own videos, such as Reels and TikToks.
