Project Engineer – Construction Management (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Involvement in and coordination of the planning, preparation, supervision and monitoring of complex building construction projects
• Organisation and coordination of construction projects
• Schedule and cost management
• Involvement in contract management, amendments and reporting
• Tendering and awarding of contracts
• Handling of claims for defects and warranty claims

Your profile

• A successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ professional experience
• Good knowledge of VOB and HOAI, as well as proficiency in MS Office
• A confident and professional manner, combined with an independent and structured approach to work
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Assertiveness and strong teamwork skills
• A high level of technical understanding, as well as knowledge of standards and construction methods
